These Terms apply to all users including browsers, customers, enterprise clients, participants in CTFs, and contributors of content.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on this page. Your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

• We may refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

• Your non–credit-card data may be transmitted unencrypted across networks.

• You agree not to copy, sell, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Service without written permission.

By using Traboda Arena or any hands-on cybersecurity environment, you agree that:

Allowed

• Use CTFs, and VMs only as intended for learning and assessment

• Access only the resources provided to you

Strictly Prohibited

• Scanning, attacking, or attempting to access any system outside the provided environment

• Sharing or posting challenge write-ups, solutions, flags, screenshots, or files

• Using the Service for unlawful, unethical, or malicious activity

• Attempting to reverse engineer or copy platform code, infrastructure, or challenge content

• Using automation, bots, or scripts to manipulate scores or challenges

Violation may result in suspension or permanent termination without refund.

Content on the website is provided for general information and may not always be complete or updated.
We are not liable for reliance on such information.

We may modify content at any time without obligation to update it.

We may limit or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders appearing to be placed by resellers.

You agree to provide accurate billing and account information.

Unless required by law or stated in your written agreement, we do not offer refunds for services, subscriptions, or digital products.

We may terminate unpaid accounts inactive for 120 days.
If terminated, all associated data may be deleted.
We will provide prior notice and an option to back up your data.

All content, labs, CTF challenges, virtual machines, scripts, writeups, platform designs, brand assets, and course materials are the property of Traboda CyberLabs Pvt. Ltd.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.

We may link to third-party websites.
We are not responsible for their content, security, practices, or policies.

We may occasionally have errors in content or pricing.
We reserve the right to correct such errors at any time, including after an order is placed.

You understand and agree that the Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted service

• error-free labs or challenges

• complete accuracy or reliability

• compatibility with your hardware or network

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• We are not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or system damage

• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in question

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Traboda, its employees, directors, officers, and partners from claims or losses resulting from:

• misuse of the Service

• violation of these Terms

• infringement of rights of others

• unlawful or harmful activities performed through your account

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining Terms will still apply.

We may terminate or suspend your access if:

• you violate any Terms

• we suspect misuse or malicious activity

• required payments are not completed

Your obligations incurred before termination (including payment) remain in effect.

These Terms and related policies constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service, superseding all prior agreements.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Kochi, Kerala.
